QuickBooks Online Tightens Restrictions on Usage Limits

QuickBooks Online rolled out usage limits in 2019. Prior to usage limits being imposed, users picked tiers based on feature needs, and usage within those tiers was generally unlimited. Once usage limits were incorporated, users with usage different from the new tiers was flagged.

We are still running into users who have not yet moved to their appropriate tier, or taken action on the alerts. You DO HAVE CHOICES. If you prefer not to upgrade, you can make unused list items inactive, which will then result in your account no longer being flagged.

If you need help with account maintenance, upgrading or downgrading your QuickBooks Online account, please contact us. We are here to help you make sure you are using the most appropriate software for your needs.

According to correspondence received by some of our users, client accounts will be locked down in mid-August if they have chosen to ignore the messages. Please don’t let this be you! Contact us today or view usage limits on our product page here.
