The Challenge you were experiencing that necessitated a change and led you to Certum Solutions?

Old accounting system no longer meeting our needs: Additions/changes to financial statements was extremely time-consuming, ability to manage/navigate/analyze data for multiple departments (72 to be exact) was very difficult

What trends in your industry drove the need to use our product?

Not industry trends as much as accounting/financial reporting needs. QuickBooks “classes” and “subaccounts” were a big factor in our decision to use QB. The volume of data and lack of know-how is what led us to use an data migration/implementation service.

What were you looking for in a solution?

We were looking for assistance in efficiently and accurately setting up QB and migrating data into QB for two companies.

Data migration/validation

How did our team help with implementation?

Sam sent templates and provided instruction for populating the templates, and then he imported/validated all the data. We emailed and had virtual meetings throughout the process.

How has our solution helped since implementation?

Sam has been very good about answering questions during and after implementation.

Has this solution saved money and/or increased productivity?

Using QB will make the accounting processes/tasks for efficient and save us time.

What have you been most impressed with?

Sams perseverance – as it was not an easy or quick project. Also, I’m impressed with how much easier it is to filter/track financial data using QB classes and subaccounts.

Results you achieved with Certum Solutions? Can you share any metrics/KPIs that show the success you have enjoyed with our service?

We achieved getting two companies moved over to QBE and one year of historical data in for each company.
