Quickbooks support was not providing us with the specifics that we needed. They are available for the QB 101 stuff, but we needed to dive deeper into our workflows.

Managing our inventory, POs, Sales Orders, Accounting and getting it all integrated together

Sam Johnson has been helpful in getting onto calls with us to walk us through our processes and has been super patient with all of our questions along the way

Having Sam available to us has been a crucial part of us being able to implement our new QB ERP

It has helped ease a lot of our teams concerns and increased buy in 

What have you been most impressed with? 

One of my favorite parts of working with Sam is that if he truly does not know the answer to the question he has no qualms of telling us that. We appreciate him saying ‘I don’t know, let me find out’ rather than guessing or trying to take up our time figuring it out on the live call. He will take note and circle back to us. We just signed up for the 10hr package in order to continue the support.
